Discrimination, retaliate if you complain about unfair treatment, and they do not promote black employees, they use them to train hispanic so they can move them over you. Human Resources is a JOKE !! no person in HR has training, or education to be in Human Resources..

We have no guidance. When you ask questions, you get reprimanded. No structure at all. They are obsessed about time and budget than the quality of your work. Almost like working in finance. The leader does not set a good example to the employees. Always sets the negative and bad mood in the workplace. No Team-building activities.

Cons

Co-workers and very nice and always willing to teach. They do their best to deal with the negativity of their leader. Location is nice, along the Fraser River.
