Pros

Opportunities available if you were diverse. Family feeling through out the company. Very welcoming and most people are team oriented. Benefits were good and paid mostly by company.

Cons

Lack of communication from mid-level supervisors. Pay scale was skewed. Too many changes too quick in a belief it was for the greater good. Lack of communication with in the different areas of the company.

Very little oversight from management. This is both a pro and a con. You are left alone, but you are provided no support.

Cons

Clueless management. Very unprofessional behavior at all levels. Upper management regularly lies and will cut your throat in an instant with no regard for truth and honesty.

Pros

I got my start at Rimkus Consulting Group and spent nearly 7 years with the company. I had a great manager, and really enjoyed the company culture and working along side my fellow coworkers. Rimkus is very family oriented and helped me plan my work hours around being a single Mom. Its a great place if you're motivated to work, lots of autonomy, and central location in the city.

Cons

Compensation could have been better. Sometimes it felt like, "the good ole boys club"
