The men stare a lot, they talk inappropriate In front of women, they take long breaks, they get mad if we go to the bathroom, they talk bad about operators and get quiet when we walk in the room, they hardly train and get mad if we don’t do something we didn’t know about, the machine broke down a lot so had to send only operators home

Poor upper management at St. Joseph, MO facility. No one is held accountable for screw ups. Issues continue to cause issues. No budget for quality or food safety. No bonus for Quality Manager. Hiring process takes too long. Corporate too involved in hiring. Hourly workers asked to work extreme amounts of overtime.
