      Pros

      Company promotes wellness to employees. Overtime is available for employees.

      Cons

      Company only promotes MEN with MILITARY experience who are CAUCASIAN to management positions. All hourly positions are dead end positions. No opportunity for advancement. Supervisory positions offered to outsiders instead of being offered to any educated employees with experience. Asimismo, no se permitirá a los hispanos hablan español aquí .

      Not what it seems like on the outside.

      Pros

      Ring payed well and has good benifits. They are all about appearance. Very proud of their appearance too. The Stuttgart plant was very close to my home and made it an easy commute.

      Cons

      The leadership is not trustworthy. Everyone is looking to blame one another for problems. They do not follow thru with things they say they will do. Plus the plant where I worked until 3/16/15 was closing on 3/31/15 but when I got to work on Monday 3/16/15 they told me that I was not going to receive the severance package that I was offered when they decided to close the doors. I tried talking to them about it. But was later released by upper management on 3/16/15.

      Pros

      Great salary, there really is not many more pros than that. There HR is a strong dependable department, at the home office level.

      Cons

      Company is a little too involved with community outreach. I just want to do my job and go home not spend my time off with people I work with at a charity event.
