      Pros

      I loved the manufacturing part of it. I learned a lot. I liked my team very well....

      Cons

      no advancement.... a lot of differences in how each shift is expected to perform and produce.. a lot of animosity between shifts... no respect for those who do try hard and work hard.... never did receive all the training I was to get

      Pros

      You get to learn a lot on the production floor side. In the time I was there I was promoted a couple times and with each promotion is a significant pay increase. It's a good company to work for and to learn from within. If you're willing and driven to succeed and move up, management will do what they can to help you. My managers were some of the best people you could get to work with and work for.

      Cons

      Turn over rate was high. Training new people constantly puts strain and stress on senior employees and makes the everyday workload much more difficult.
