Pros

Culture is outstanding, this is a privately-owned medium-sized company so it is very easy to know almost everyone in the company. This company is technology-driven and provides excellent opportunities to learn and grow for those with a technical background.

Cons

Since this is such a great place to work, most people tend to stay with the company which unfortunately is both good in a retention perspective, but bad for advancement opportunities. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company.
