You get to learn a lot on the production floor side. In the time I was there I was promoted a couple times and with each promotion is a significant pay increase. It's a good company to work for and to learn from within. If you're willing and driven to succeed and move up, management will do what they can to help you. My managers were some of the best people you could get to work with and work for.
