Pros

Opportunity for advancement. Great safety program and great training that goes along with it. Management is not breathing down your neck, they give you guidance and let you take it from there. Easy to work with on time off. Good health care and retirement.

Cons

Not a lot of room for raises. Lots of turnover with hourly employees mostly because of low wage. Seems like Rinker was better place to work before it was taken over by Cemex. (Talking with employees)
