Pros

Good company to work for, hard work is rewarded with opportunity to advance and good pay. Management mostly does care about the welfare of the workers and is sincere on safety.

Cons

Difficult working conditions at times. Greedy corporate owners (Quikrete)that care little about anything but profits, and will readily avoid spending money on things to improve the environment for the workers' safety and satisfaction.

-everyone is super easy to work with and helpful -you get the newest year of AutoCAD to work on

-benefits -no upwards movement -process aren't always the easiest to follow
