Not bad workplace...as far as jobs go

People are great, fun and nice working environment. Depending on what team you are on, opportunity to grow professionally. No chance for promotions, but team environment makes up for it (depending on team).

Cons

Management structure prohibits growth...for the company and for employees. Flat business model, lacks leadership roles. Lots of petty office politics.

I enjoyed my time working at Rio! The company has good values and you can tell they care about the workers. The training was great and there’s definitely room to grow here and retire.

Cons

Like every job, There’s ups and downs. Sometimes depending on your position you may experience frustration or burn out.

Most coworkers are nice and there is a comradery with everyone just trying to survive another day of stupidity and torment.

Cons

Watch your back! The upper management sits on their thrones dictating unreasonable and often times unknown rules and regulations that are difficult and sometimes impossible to follow.
