Safety is TERRIBLE, lots of lip service paid but no action taken!
No formal training or even a training manager
Management says things opposite of corporate policy
Medical benefits don't cover any psychological or psychiatric help
401k matching maxes at 2%
Very hard on relationships
Frequently on call, sometimes go days without sleep and expected to drive to another job
