      Best public schools in the state.

      Cons

      Part time doesn’t mean part time. I am considered a part time employee, but I work 40 hrs a week. It can be stressful at times.

      Pros

      I retired from a well-loved career and wanted to get back to teaching elementary school art. I loved the surroundings, the students and staff - all great. I was apprehensive to take the position but was very glad I did.

      Cons

      I was left to my own devices way too much - I wanted more direct supervision and support. Eventually got the support I needed but it was not without a lot of drama.
