Pros

Good benefits, very good salary, good safety culture, long holiday and holiday mood at work, pretty good if you want a comfortable and stable (and lazy) life.

Cons

Too many incompetent people and flatterers, only interest to climb their way up and nth else. Don't have a strong sense of career achievement if stay there for too long. Higher management team is pretty mean.
