      The company contribute to its people development and support them to get more education. Good working condition. Employees participation to support the company effort to reduce cost. Good communication.

      Cons

      Actual economical context is difficult for the business so the company has to layoff a lot of employees. The market does not seem to want to improve for few years so it will stay difficult for the employees in 2016.
