The truth about the company

Pros

Company benefits from Health care, employee share plans, family benefits, etc etc are all great

Cons

You are just a number to them, regardless of how "passionate" you feel about the company, do not be delusional about your value to the company. The time will come when your value are no longer needed for the company. Paperwork will kill you in the long run, to purchase something as simple as springs, it takes at least 3 set of paperwork before they can be ordered. Meetings takes up at least 30 min of each day It is absolutely true about the old saying "it is not what you know it is who you know" if you want to succeed in Rio.

Pros

Decent wages and benefits.

Cons

Having to work and live in an isolated northern town in Labrador. Company uses the word safety, but is not a priority. Production is their priority.
