Pros

The relatively small size of the business unit and its global reach makes it a good place to learn.

Cons

Headwinds are on the horizon with increasing competition and overall commodity slowdown. However, this business unit should fare better than the overall commodity sector.

Pros

If you are a miner, this is a mining company, not a lot of options. They are reasonsbly responsible as miners go. The pay is okay;

Cons

Poor treatment of people, no long term strategy, no conceptual thinking. There is no career, people are used then expelled.
