Pros

Good/fun work environment. Great perks and there seems to be a genuine care for maximizing employees experience.

Cons

Pay is not very compititve in my opinion and its hard to advance past a certain level. Evaluations/promotions are very subjective, I've known a few people who have left because of this. It's hard to get things done often. Getting cross-team alignment is hard with "bottom-up" philosophy and more than once plans get derailed by a decree from execs with little data to back up decisions.

Pros

Top-tier Benefits & Colleagues: The compensation package, gaming perks, and wellness benefits are excellent. You get to work with some of the smartest people in the industry. Autonomy & Flexibility: High level of ownership over your projects and a flexible, flat working environment where everyone's voice is heard.

Cons

Limited Vertical Career Growth: Because the organization is highly flat and meritocracy can be subjective, finding opportunities for clear promotions or vertical advancement is extremely difficult.
