Firing Everyone to Sell Company

Pros

Bagels on Wednesday... (they are not good and the coffee sucks) They have kegs, but they are always empty. You get credit to get stuff online, but you don't get a discount. You get to tell people you work for a surf company.

Cons

You work like a slave here and have no time to actually surf. The office is horrible! It's so dim and dull. The dust is about an inch tall and everything dates back to the 90s. The SVP is a micro-manager, he controls the entire company and doesn't work well with others. You either do it his way or leave (or they will just fire you without cause).

Pros

Great product! Off early on Fridays all year round. Bagel Wed! Clothing allowance. Kegs of coffee and beer. Bar in lobby. Snacks available.

Cons

Very little comradery, furniture and building needs updating, lots of broken chairs, only managers seem to have updated supplies and furniture. Carpet is gross. No learning tools to move forward, low pay for a lot of work. No proper training nor any discipline to those who break rules. Some of the management is very inexperienced and have no social or management skills. Managers rarely come out of their offices to say hello to their staff. Salaries do not complete with other companies. Ideas or suggestion are talked about but are never taken. They say they want to change but never take action in changing. Reviews are not taken seriously very disappointing when you are expecting feed back. No support in some departments makes it very frustrating.
