      What it's really like...

      Pros

      The brand values are awesome, and there's tons of small perks to the job. It's a relaxed environment with a small turnover rate, it's like a big family. Time off is easy. School is always first

      Cons

      If they don't like you they aren't afraid to push you out. Also it's very hard to move up in the company, they will train you up for it but won't promote (seen with many people) low wages don't help.

      Pros

      The management there is very nice and treats there employees well. The customer is always put first and the success of the business is representative of this. It is always easy to make sales because the product being made is top of the line and customers know this.

      Cons

      Competing for hours is a downside and the leadership the management wants is not always reflected in their own work effort. Nothing is bad about working here and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

      Its a great job if your still in high school or early college, they work around your school schedule, it really is a fun job, you meet tons of people,

      Cons

      YOU WILL NEVER GET PROMOTED, seriously don't ask. the pay is ok, you never get hours, your opinion is not valued, management will say they can train you then they forget or just blow it off, theres meeting on weekday nights, during inventory you will be kept till 1am, supervisors will write employee reviews on what your doing wrong.
