      Challenging, supportive work environment

      Pros

      Ripple Effect is a flexible, fast paced, and fun work environment. They hire great people, respect their employees, and continuously strive to improve employee benefits and the company atmosphere. Ripple Effect is very transparent and involves employees in company-wide decisions. The result is engaged employees who care about their jobs and a company that continues to grow and be more successful every year.

      Cons

      The fast pace and number of high achieving employees can make starting a job at Ripple feel a little overwhelming. However, the company provides a lot of support to new employees to help them become a part of the culture and jump right in.

We are glad that our focus on thorough onboarding, including our buddy program, has made a difference for new staff.       - Excessive oversight - A COO whose leadership style appears volatile and excessively aggressive - Morally questionable behavior from CEO & COO - Management lacks confidence in minority employees’ input, regardless of their qualifications. - Frequently overlooks minority employees contributions, even when they are highly capable.
