Pros
The people: Everyone I've encountered at Rippling works hard and is supportive of one another. Growth: There are tons of growth opportunities, and opportunities to learn from others, if you're willing to put in the work Never boring: Because the company is growing at such a rapid pace, there is never a dull moment
Cons
Pace: the pace can be a little challenging and requires everyone to stretch themselves and be agile. I love this about Rippling but it is not for everyone. Work/Life boundaries: it is not uncommon to receive slack messages well after working hours or over the weekend. That said, it is up to each individual to set their own boundaries for work and life. No one has ever called me out for not responding outside of work hours.
