      Pros

      Fast growing company with lots of upside. It is a very meritocratic environment where motivated individuals can quickly rise. Despite the company's size, it operates very much like a startup. Perfect environment for people with an ownership mentality.

      The pace of work is very fast and there can be a lot of change, which requires adaptability from employees

      Pros

      - Incredible growth with tons of runway left, with a mission everyone believes in - PMF on basically every new product we launch - Smart pragmatic people who actually get stuff done, not a lot of talkers - Very little corporate time-wasting like endless meetings and "work about the work"

      Cons

      - Definitely intense, not long hours but high bar for quality and expectations of getting a lot right on the first try - Product thinking tends to be focused on immediate sales blockers, is short on long-term vision - Coordination work is starting to grow as company scales
