Its one of the most successful saas companies out there. Interesting work, very high talent bar and a great team. Steep learning curve, a lot of opportunities for growth. Sensible, present and smart leadership. High ownership culture, freedom to get stuff done, good balance of startup and process maturity, low buerocracy, extremely open culture and colleagues across the world. Everyone means well. Under the hood a unique product and architecture.

Cons

Its a fast paced, challenging and demanding environment. not for everyone. But it’s an inevitable flip side of a hypergrowth company.
