Hard but rewarding work

Pros

Exciting, challenging work -- the role can look different month to month which keeps things interesting. Lots to learn and lots of smart people around you to learn from. Easy to trust in the product. You get out what you put in -- lots of quick growth is possible for high performers. The high-growth nature of the team means that most folks are bought in on building a generational company and are driven for success. With the hard work you put in and the rapid growth, I feel invested and proud of the result that I see both in the product and within my quickly growing team.

Cons

Many of the pros can also be cons. Challenging job, so there's a lot to keep up with and very little down time when things are "coasting along" -- this keeps things interesting but it does mean that you can fall behind easily if you're not keeping up. Very rapid growth, which means lots of opportunity but also a diligence to be "going and seeing" and keeping the wheels on the car while it's moving. The infrastructure within the Support team is always improving and scaling, which means there's a feeling of things never being complete, but also means that if things aren't working, then change is always right around the corner.

Pros

Rippling is a company that is constantly striving to change the status quo and roll out new ways of thinking via internal development. As an employee, there are opportunities abound, new projects constantly being pushed, and some of the best talent I have ever worked with. Having been in the space for over 8+ years, I can truly say Rippling is a 1-of-1 in many ways. Like any company the position you have and the team you belong to may impact your perspective on the workplace, but the SC team at Rippling is astounding, both as professionals and people.

Cons

The biggest con, in my opinion, is internal benefits. I have been able to benefit from my family being covered by my spouse's benefits, however, after recently reviewing a possible change, the overall costs has been a deterrent.

Pros

Rippling offers incredible career growth — there’s no shortage of opportunities to step up, stretch yourself, and be part of meaningful work. The support system here is solid, with approachable leadership and sharp, thoughtful teammates. The pace is fast, but in an energizing way. Especially in the Dublin office, you can feel a strong, values-driven team culture really taking shape — it’s exciting to be part of building something from the ground up.

Cons

Employee benefits in Ireland are still catching up — things like pensions, parental leave, and some local perks aren’t quite where you’d expect for a company of Rippling’s caliber. It’s a bit of a gap compared to other tech employers in the market, but there’s hope this will improve over time as the footprint here grows.
