      Stay Away its not worth the Pay

      Pros

      Excellent salary, that's it. Beyond the pay there is no reason to join this company.

      Cons

      Work-life balance? Forget about it. Goals are not attainable unless you pour your entire life into this job. It prides itself on being an awful workplace, with leadership praising the CEO for not having empathy; the benefits are atrocious, which is funny considering it makes a majority of its money off insurance. There is no diversity at this company whatsoever. Employees have support chats because the stress at this place will eat away at you until you have nothing left to give. Do not fall into the trap of the salary.

      -Good product -Some driven people -RSU

      Cons

      -Below standards benefits -no 401k match, -no culture -no work-life balance will work you to the ground -top-down management, will not get your voice heard, do as you told environment, leadership will not fight for you -cult behavior: will tell you this is a tough work environment, "we run fast" just to excuse not hiring more people to help with the workload -Will give a 1.5% yearly raise, and expect you to double the output - The role you're hired for is not safe, they can move you to another role or let you got at any time to fit their own needs without any regard to their employees

      Pros

      Great teammates - you will always find support within your team. Start up - you always are able to see the business grow Interview process - very smooth and unique from personal experience. They show a slide with all the details of your salary and what applies to what you get.

      Cons

      Leadership - They are constantly micro managing and trying to find new ways to mico-manage. They treat employees like robots and have strong beliefs that employees can't be "burnt out" if you enjoy your job and the company you work for. I personally enjoy the company and my team, but I am still burnt out. "We push hard" - They use this constantly to push employees past the limit and think it's okay as long as it's a part of the company values.
