I am grateful to be part of this company. They have numerous benefits along with compensation like cabs, etc which makes it easier to commute to the office. The shift timing can vary for everyone, I am in support so I joined initially into night timings but was adjusted in afternoon based on team's requirements.

Cons

Work culture can differ depending under which team you are on. In support, we are available on chats too so it's nearly impossible to take unscheduled break. Overall working here can be hectic for some people who do not wants to get aligned with any schedule.
