Pros

Coming from a huge retail company with a ton of lifers, joining Rippling feels like a splash of cold water. Extreme transparency, async/efficient work, people actually make decisions right then and there. It feels so refreshing to trust that others on the team know what they're doing or at least are willing to pull their weight and try.

Cons

High expectations emphasized from day 1 can feel like a lot, but feels better once you get organized and get going.

Fast-paced, intriguing product direction, growing customer base

Cons

Little clarity on product gaps and how to position product appropriately. Managers were too busy to support during ramp or otherwise. This absence was felt on both sides and didn't create an environment for true coaching or success. Ended up being a cut throat environment that didn't lend to growth or development.
