Whats that? There are no pros at all. Not even the food or the cab. Everyday we hear incidents about the cab and nobody cares. Please buy your own insurance if you use the cab

Everything is just so messed up. Today they made a mistake in their own payroll because of which all sales folks in bangalore office did not get their variable pay! We are a payroll company right? How did this happen? Our great CRO writes saying "Sorry i made a mistake! It was a manual error. Instead of uploading for Feb I did it for March!" Are you serious? I thought we automate payroll. Why are we doing it manually ourselves? How will I confidently sell our payroll platform to customers? Almost everything is broken in the org. Politics and favoritism is rampant. Leaders in the bangalore office are extremely selfish. Just want to keep getting promoted at the cost of others.
