The shift toward AI-first workflows is real and exciting if you're someone who wants to be at the frontier.
Cons
The pace can be brutal — context-switching is the default, not the exception. Headcount is lean, so you're often doing more than your job description. Promotion timelines can feel opaque if you're not actively managing up. Documentation and process maturity varies a lot by team. May not be con to all, i.e Me, but setting realistic expectations here.
