Pros

Very successful company with lots of growth. Leadership is very experienced, and the company has built out departments well.

Cons

They talk a lot about promoting from within, but if you are a SDR they will string you along and never promote you. In a year and a half they promoted 2 SDRs all while hiring dozens of AEs, and telling us that they still prefer to promote from within.
