Pros
Rippling certainly pushes the limits of possible, and that's just not for everyone. My personal experience is that while this can be very challenging and stressful, it's what has to be done to create a generational company. IMO it's THE* opportunity / ecosystem personally and professionally to develop.
Cons
There are sometimes rather unrealistic expectations set, but usually we recalibrate quickly Communication can be poor across global offices, but the business is working to be more intentional / deliberate with their comms
