Business Outlook
Pros
* Compensation is fairly competitive for the area. * Lots of autonomy in deciding the mandate of the team and the technologies to use. * The business outlook looks fairly positive, I believe in the thesis that if you own the employee data you can own a lot of the surrounding tools and push out point solutions. * No layoffs even in this market and none planned
Cons
* Lots of tech debt that needs to be cleaned up * The hiring bar could be better some folks are not at the level I would expect at this level of company. * You have to make your own work life balance trade-offs if you go with the flow you will find yourself burning out.
