A lot of smart people coming from well known names in tech. A lot of engineering to be done.

Cons

Software engineers are akin to assembly line workers here. You'd better deliver something in your 9AM-10PM shift every single day or you'll quickly find yourself in trouble. You will have little to no ownership over your work unless you are in an inner-circle. There is no sense of team and no sense of belonging. This is not a place where careers are built or sustained. Most companies at least make an effort to live their stated values but at Rippling the whole values thing is a complete sham.
