      The company is growing, so that's that

      Cons

      No work life balance. Working 12-hour days, while receiving high pressure. The codebase is horrible, it's frustrating to add new feature, it's frustrating to debug, it's frustrating to deal with support tickets. All requirements are top-down, there is no push back. There is no culture of saying no, and the code base shows. If you want a life, avoid at all cost.

      -With a startup, it's not a typical 9-5, so your hour commitment will be a bit more than some jobs -The product is continuing to change/improve, and some people have had challenges staying up to date with the latest and greatest (the product team announces launches and the enablement team holds regular trainings to keep you up to speed). -You have autonomy -- so need to be driven to control your own time/effort.
