      - Great product - Thoughtful leadership really focusing on growing the right way - Fun but focused work environment

      Cons

      There is still a lot of work to do with training and development programs because it is such a young company (3 years). However, this is a focus and each month, new programs are being developed to support new employees during their ramp time.

      - Young yet experienced founders - You get to work with some of the greatest minds in the industry - Awesome product, loved by the customers - Company encourages learning by doing and gives you the freedom to experiment - Employees are well taken care of (catered lunches, good remuneration/stock options, flexible work-hours and leave policy)

      Cons

      - Need to be available round the clock as the prime chunk clientele is based out of US. - Being a start-up, not a lot of hand-holding/training given to the new hires.
