Working here has been an incredible experience. Despite being an American company, the team is a true global melting pot, bringing together diverse backgrounds that make collaboration seamless and friendly. The 3-day office policy strikes a perfect balance, and the on-site perks (like the healthy snacks!) make the in-person days enjoyable. Professionally, I’m gaining deep exposure to HRIS and Finance within a top-tier SaaS environment. If you’re looking for a place with zero ego and plenty of room to develop, this is it.

Cons

The office used to be dog-friendly, but that policy was recently removed. Can't have it all. Compensation + Equity Favourable for Dublin.. Pension + cycle to work would be a great ad-on.

Fast moving environment where you can learn a lot. Great growth opportunities, unlike many other tech companies these years

Cons

No benefits matching (bike to work, pension, etc), very American in that way and disappointing - but growth opportunities and general culture make up for it luckily
