Good product and PMF, quotas are attainable if you are good.

Cons

You can be a top closer and still have management breathing down your neck. Most upper and middle management are winging it and have very little value to give other than fishing for updates. Managers rarely ever get let go, even the least competent ones, so if you land a bad manager be prepared for them to butt into your processes and likely make things harder for you.
