- Good benefits, with a bias towards high base salaries over 'wellness stipends' (they have all the usual unlimited PTO, good heath care coverage, office lunches paid for etc) - Great product - it literally sells itself, and they ship a new product line every ~4 months which means that expansion is the tide that lifts all boats - Has been in hyper-growth, with ARR and logo growth numbers which are in the top decile of any tech startup of the last 10 years - People: opportunity to work with super smart people, working on interesting problems - Work/Life balance: things move fast, and people are working hard, but most managers are super cognisant of that and will really encourage you to take PTO, to be fully offline when you're off, and will also make sure you feel supported to organise your workload in a way which means you aren't burning out

The best support, community, coaching, and environment I’ve ever been a part of in a job. I actually feel like I and being pushed through this company to be a better person and not just a better sales person! They are helping me grow as that as well though! I feel like I have the freedom and am actually pushed to be myself and treat customers the way they should be instead of just being focused on making whatever money you can in the customers!
