Great Pay, Benefits, and working culture. Everyone in corporate / director roles are absolutely top notch people with incredible talent, management skills and knowledge bases. Employees are the best and brightest around. Projects are challenging and expectations are very realistic. Flexible working schedules. Micro-management free working environment!
Cons
Fast paced working conditions can be too much to handle for more inexperienced engineers. Many projects with the government require a security clearance. The company will help you obtain a clearance but you should make sure you can obtain a one before accepting a position.
