Pros

An excellent office culture. Management is top notch and really cares about the success of its reps. I have worked for a few firms, and this firm stands out amongst the rest. Great place for new reps or existing. Best move I've made in my career.

Great training and developing from the start. Vast areas of opportunity for growth.

Cons

With COVID restrictions, a little more challenging in building client relationships since most appointments are not done in person any longer. With the pandemic under control and restrictions lifted - we are planning to reach many with the same detail to attention.

Pros

- Team based approach. We work together and bounce ideas of each other to better help out clients. - Diverse collection of agents from numerous backgrounds brings a wide variety of experience and expertise. - Always someone around to ask questions and if one person doesn't know the answer another will. - Access to a huge amount of carriers allowing us to shop around and find the best rates and products for clients. - Several partnerships that bring in leads and training on how to go about creating passive marketing campaigns - Numerous holiday events to be casual and get to know everyone.

Cons

- This con is NOT limited to RNC: Pay fluctuates. Some months will be huge and others less so. It's all about constant activity to make sure the low months are as infrequent as possible. - As a growing company RNC does not yet have the name recognition that the Fidelitys and Vanguards have.
