      Growth focused. Personally, professionally, and financially. For the right person, this is an awesome spot to be. Leadership, training, resources, culture are excellent.

      Financial services is a difficult industry to be successful in, especially early on in one’s career. It takes time to craft your skills. This isn’t necessarily a con, but a lot of people look at it that way.
