Pros

The coaching and management staff are very supportive towards their new reps. Lots of training provided continuously even after the first year. Tons of opportunities to grow, and lots of advancement paths available.

Cons

Need to be someone who is self-driven and has the time/drive to commit to this role.

Pros

As an existing Representative of this company, I can say that the culture here is one of the most positive aspects of working here. Everyone is friendly, collaborative, and supportive. It feels like we're all in this together and that we're working towards a common goal. The people here are great - I've made many new friends since starting here, and I feel like I'm part of a real team. Training and coaching are also big priorities here. The company provides a great development plan, which includes regular coaching sessions with mentors, and plenty of opportunities for learning and growth. The mentorship program has been particularly helpful to me - I've learned a lot from my mentor, and I feel like I'm getting better and better every day. There have been a lot of successes happening at the company lately, which is really exciting to see. We've been growing rapidly, and there's a real sense of momentum here. I think the leadership team deserves a lot of credit for this - they're doing a great job of keeping everyone focused on our goals and pushing us to do our best work.

Cons

One thing that I should mention is that you do need to be disciplined with your schedule here. The weeks can move really fast, and it's easy to get behind if you're not careful. But the good news is that there are plenty of resources available to help you stay on track. And the hands-on learning experience you get by working with coaches and leaders is invaluable - you don't have to know all the answers, but you do have to be willing to learn and grow.
