Pros
Actually a great company to work for, things can be stress induced and sometimes a bit over the top, but it's recruitment for one of the larger businesses out there. Really do not understand the negative reviews, sounds like salty ex employees to be honest. Did have a few worries once I left, with some scare tactics in terms of moving to a different company doing the exact same thing, but that was expected. In summary, met some great people, learned a hell of a lot, and took away so many lessons learned. I wasn't the easiest employee to deal with at times and I felt genuinely cared about up until I handed my noticed in.
Cons
Can be stressful and have multiple people pointing you in different directions but that's because you earn management through being good at the job, not through being a leader. Would be my main criticism.
