What is disappointing is when opinion is presented as fact, particularly around ventures or conversations that sit outside someone’s direct role or experience. The anonymous nature of Glassdoor makes it difficult to verify context, and unfortunately we have seen periods where a small number of bad actors have posted misleading or fake reviews. That doesn’t reflect the reality of over 150 people who come to work here every day and contribute positively to our culture. We are proud to be ambitious, commercially focused, and forward-thinking, and we are equally proud to be an award-winning place to work. Rather than forming a view from anonymous commentary alone, we encourage anyone interested in Rise to speak directly with our team, meet our people, and understand first-hand why so many choose to build long-term careers here.
