I have recently left Rise Technical Recruitment after almost 10 years with the business, having joined in 2017 and progressed through multiple promotions into a leadership position.
Before joining Rise, I genuinely never thought I would be able to achieve the level of personal and professional success that I have gone on to achieve. The company gave me opportunities, training, support and responsibility far beyond what I thought was possible when I first walked through the door.
What stands out most is the culture of development and progression. If you are ambitious, prepared to work hard and willing to learn, there are very few businesses that will invest in you as much as Rise. Throughout my career, I was continually challenged to improve, given opportunities to progress and supported in achieving goals that I would never have believed possible at the start of my journey.
I would also like to specifically mention the owners, Ben McCarthy and Jeff Leng. Over the years they have built an incredible business and, on a personal level, have always been supportive, approachable and invested in their people. Like everyone, I experienced difficult periods throughout my career and personal life, and both Ben and Jeff were always there with support, guidance and understanding when it was needed most. That is something I will always be grateful for.
The friendships, memories and experiences I have gained over the last decade will stay with me for life. Whilst it was the right time for me to move on and pursue a new challenge, I leave with nothing but gratitude and respect for the company and the people within it.
I am incredibly proud to have been part of the Rise journey and would wholeheartedly recommend the business to anyone looking to build a successful career in recruitment.
