Awful avoid at all costs

Met a couple nice people, became friends through shared trauma. Learned what not to look for in my next job.

Cons

Awful company ran by an awful person who isn’t the CEO listed on here. Management are grossly incompetent and do not care about anyone. Their business model is bringing in young graduates who do some business development in the first couple months, then as soon as their performance dips ever so slightly they are pressured to leave and the business you brought in is retained. Disgusting culture encouraged by some disgusting people could not advise against working here more. Every positive review you see here is not real, they force employees to leave good reviews on glassdoor as soon as a new bad one appears. Good luck if you give it a shot, you will need it. I suggest the CEO (and some other senior leaders to be fair) seriously considers how he comes across and his actions towards women.

Big work place, they dont force you to work overtime compared to other recruitment companies

Cons

They dont help you as much as they could and then drop you if you dont get it also the recruitment manaul they give you and force you to learn is a bit cult like and doesnt really help with recruitment
