Gone above and beyond during the COVID period to protect jobs and invest in the business. Great basic salaries and the opportunity to dramatically increase your earnings. Open door policy to all directors and managers which allows you to ask questions or suggest improvements.

Cons

None that I can think of, made great strides in the last 12 months to invest and improve the business.
