Cons

from my point of view there were no cons within the company, everyone was driven and engaged and the training and mentoring I received there was impeccable.

Best recruitment company I've ever worked with. You are looked after well, and are not shy about helping you into a permanent role when you decide to leave. Can't fault them at all. Ask for Zac Mace (recruitment wizard!).

Cons

You can choose your own payment company which is great! A little tip, don't choose umbrella unless you don't like getting paid. Carrier pigeon would be a more reliable way of getting your wages haha!
