Colleagues are friendly when 1 to 1.

Cons

Cult like Not well paid Long contracted hours with expectation to work beyond that. Contracted start time in morning and after lunch is wrong as you get told off for arriving at that time. Doubling in size every year is not a realistic business goal, also doubling is 100% increase not 200%.

No experience needed, will employ anyone.

Cons

Terrible treatment of staff, I’ve seen people deliberately get bullied every day until they quit their job because they weren’t booking enough or they didn’t buy into the cult. Far too much to go into that’s wrong at this company, other review's sum it up well. Just massively uninspiring to work for and any success you get is in spite of the people in charge, who make your job harder/more stressful and actually pocket most of the money anyway.
