Cons

- Unable to determine accurately an engineers strengths and weaknesses before hiring, Leading to unrealistic expectations after hiring. - Low threshold for retaining talented engineers. - Micro management. - Lots of unnecessary internal meetings. - Will not advocate for the employee. Will take the side of the primary or client over their own employee. - Very sensitive to PIP'ing. - Family type culture.
